Privacy policy
Effective October 19, 2026
This policy explains what data Broadcast receives about members of a team who use its workspace, and how it is used. Data about the recipients of campaigns belongs to the project that sends them and is processed on that project's behalf.
What we receive
- Signing in with Google (scopes
openid,email,profile): your Google account ID, name, email address, whether Google has verified that address, and your Google Workspace domain if you have one. Google also sends a link to your profile photo; we do not store it. - Signing in with Telegram: your Telegram user ID, name and @username. Telegram also sends a link to your profile photo; we do not store it. We do not request your phone number, and Telegram does not share your email with us.
- Your account: the name and email you enter, a password hash if you set a password, your interface language and the time of your last sign-in.
We do not receive your Google or Telegram password, contacts, messages, files or any other data.
How we use it
- To sign you in and to recognise the account that a Google or Telegram account is connected to.
- To show which sign-in methods are connected in your profile.
- To send you service emails: address confirmation and invitations to projects.
We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with anyone, except where required by law.
Broadcast's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and cookies
- Data is stored on Broadcast's servers for as long as your account exists.
- While you sign in, we set two short-lived technical cookies (up to 10 minutes) that protect the sign-in from being hijacked. After you sign in, your browser keeps a sign-in token until you sign out.
- We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Removing your data
- Disconnect Google or Telegram in your profile (Profile → Sign-in methods): the stored data of that account is deleted right away.
- To delete your Broadcast account and all data about you, write to support@broadcast.men.

Здесь описано, какие данные Broadcast получает об участниках команды, работающих в его интерфейсе, и как их использует. Данные получателей рассылок принадлежат проекту, который их отправляет, и обрабатываются по его поручению.
Что мы получаем
- Вход через Google (доступы
openid,email,profile): идентификатор аккаунта Google, имя, адрес почты, признак «Google подтвердил адрес» и домен Google Workspace, если он есть. Ещё Google присылает ссылку на фото профиля — её мы не сохраняем. - Вход через Telegram: идентификатор пользователя Telegram, имя и @username. Ещё Telegram присылает ссылку на фото профиля — её мы не сохраняем. Номер телефона мы не запрашиваем, почту Telegram не передаёт.
- Ваш аккаунт: имя и почта, которые вы указали, хеш пароля, если вы его задали, язык интерфейса и время последнего входа.
Мы не получаем пароли от Google и Telegram, контакты, переписку, файлы и другие данные.
Зачем
- Чтобы впустить вас в Broadcast и узнать аккаунт, к которому подключён ваш Google или Telegram.
- Чтобы показать в профиле, какие способы входа подключены.
- Чтобы отправлять служебные письма: подтверждение почты и приглашения в проекты.
Мы не продаём эти данные, не используем их для рекламы и никому не передаём, кроме случаев, которые требует закон.
Использование и передача данных, полученных через Google API, соответствуют Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.
Хранение и cookie
- Данные хранятся на серверах Broadcast, пока существует ваш аккаунт.
- На время входа мы ставим две служебные cookie (до 10 минут) — они защищают вход от подмены. После входа браузер хранит токен входа, пока вы не выйдете.
- Рекламных и аналитических cookie нет.
Как удалить данные
- Отключите Google или Telegram в профиле («Профиль» → «Способы входа») — сохранённые данные этого аккаунта сразу удаляются.
- Чтобы удалить аккаунт Broadcast и все данные о вас, напишите на support@broadcast.men.
